This Privacy Policy describes how Prepairly (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects Personal Data when you visit or use prepairly.com (the “Site”) or purchase services through the Site.

- Payment information: we use Razorpay to process payments. We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers — payment card processing and storage is handled by Razorpay. See the “Payments & third parties” section below for details.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, cookies and similar tracking data (see Cookies below).
- Communications: support emails, feedback, and other messages you send to us.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and improve our services and reports, process orders and payments, and communicate with you about your account or purchases.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, order confirmations) and, where you opt in, marketing updates.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Payments & third parties
We use Razorpay to accept online payments. When you make a payment, Razorpay collects and processes payment card data and related information; Razorpay’s systems handle card authentication and secure transmission of card data. Prepairly receives payment confirmations (transaction ID, amount, payer name/contact) required to fulfill your order, but does not store raw card numbers or CVV. 4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, analyze usage, and support features (for example, remembering items in a form). You can control cookie preferences through your browser and opt-out of certain analytics cookies where offered. 5. Sharing & disclosure
We may share your Personal Data with:
- Service providers who perform services on our behalf (payment processors, hosting providers, analytics vendors).

9. Grievance / complaints

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, as required under applicable IT rules. :}
10. International transfers
Prepairly is based in COUNTRY. If we transfer personal information to other countries (for hosting, service providers, or payments), we will take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
11. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age under your local law). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children; if you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will remove it.

14. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and Refunds Effective Date: December 05, 2025
A. Cancellation In case if you don’t receive any reports based on your inputs refund will be process.
B. Refunds Refunds will be process within 15 days.
C. Subscription As of now, we don’t have any subscription model. We only charge one time fees.
